If you would like to exchange or return your order within 14 days of receipt, you can create a return label in our returns portal.

The return fee of € 15 will be credited to you as a shop voucher. You can redeem this voucher when exchanging or with your next order.

It should be noted that the items are unworn, show no signs of wear and are returned in the original packaging. Otherwise returns cannot be accepted. If you return the package yourself, be sure to insure it.
